Step 1 — Wrap it around your belly.
Hold the band against your skin, right below your belly button. Wrap it around your waist like a hug.
Step 2 — Press and stick.
Fasten the velcro straps flat against your body. Not too tight — you should still be able to take a deep breath comfortably.
Step 3 — Check the fit.
Slide two fingers under the band. If they fit easily, you're good. If you can't fit them in, loosen it a little.
Step 4 — Wear it for a few hours each day.
